Now is the time

The Barrington Library has long been an important part of our Town’s history; in fact, since 1795 during George Washington’s second term as president. Over the centuries it has been located in a series of corners and small spaces in private homes, in churches and in municipal buildings. But, it has never had a home of its own designed to serve the needs of a growing, vibrant and diverse population as a community library.

We have accomplished so much in the last couple of years to build a new library for our community.
